NETWORKING

THE NEW GENERATION

However, there is another factor that made a difficult job market even more of an uphill battle for being a black woman. We need to support them now so they can become that executive. Teach them to be intentional now so they will have a brighter future

A SEAT AT THE TABLE

Corporate America needs to embrace meaningful action, not just slogans and words. Black women have been systematically and underrepresented at the C-suite level, and these large conglomerates have a significant role to play in reshaping the narrative. ”We don’t need handouts; we need real partnerships and corporate allies ready to use our qualifications to help their organization grow.
